Logging in to the ANZ FastPay® Portal is easy. All you need is your Merchant ID, Username and Password.
Please note that your Merchant ID and Username are the same as what you use to log into the ANZ FastPay® app.
In order to access the ANZ FastPay® Portal, go to the “Log In” page of the ANZ FastPay® Portal and follow the steps below:

  • Step 1 – Enter your Merchant ID

    • Enter your Merchant ID into the appropriate text box.
    • Your Merchant ID will be the 9 digit unique identifier that ANZ provided to you by email.
    • If you do not have a Merchant ID or are unsure of your Merchant ID, please call ANZ on 1800 039 025.
  • Step 2 – Enter your Username

    • Enter your Username into the appropriate text box.
    • Your Username will be the identifier that ANZ provided to you by email.
    • If you do not have a Username or are unsure of your Username, please call ANZ on 1800 039 025.
  • Step 3 – Enter your Password

    For first time users:
    • Enter your One Time Password into the appropriate text box.
    • Your One Time Password was provided to you by ANZ when you signed up to ANZ FastPay®.
    • If you have not received your One Time Password or have lost it, please call ANZ on 1800 039 025.
    If you have logged into the ANZ FastPay® Portal previously:
    • Enter your password into the appropriate text box.
    • The password you require is the last password that you created yourself.
    • If you have forgotten your password, please call ANZ on 1800 039 025.
    Please note:
    • Your password should be 8-16 characters long and a combination of numbers and letters.
    • You will need at least one number and one letter in your password.
    • Your password should have no spaces or symbols, and it is case sensitive.
  • Step 4 – Click “Log In”

    For first time users:
    • You will be asked to create a new password that you will use in the future to access the ANZ FastPay® Portal.
    • Enter a new password and confirm that it is correct.
    • You will be taken to the “Home” landing page within the ANZ FastPay® Portal.
    Tips for creating your new password:
    • Your password should be 8-16 characters long and a combination of numbers and letters.
    • You will need at least one number and one letter in your password.
    • Your password should have no spaces or symbols, and it is case sensitive.
    If you have logged into the ANZ FastPay® Portal previously:
    • You will be taken to the “Home” landing page within the ANZ FastPay® Portal.

  • I have forgotten my Merchant ID. What can I do?

    If you have forgotten your Merchant ID, please contact ANZ on 1800 039 025 and they will be able to inform you of your Merchant ID after verifying your identity.

  • I have forgotten my Username. What can I do?

    If you have forgotten your Username you have two options:

    • Click on the “I forgot my username” hyperlink on the “Log In” page, and then enter your email address when prompted. ANZ will email your Username to you.
    • Contact ANZ on 1800 039 025 and they will be able to inform you of your Username after verifying your identity.
  • I have forgotten my ANZ FastPay® Portal password. What can I do?

    If you have forgotten your ANZ FastPay® Portal password, please contact ANZ on 1800 039 025 and they will provide you with a one time password, which you will be prompted to change when you first log in.

  • How many incorrect attempts do I have to log in?

    Please note that you have three attempts to log in to the ANZ FastPay® Portal. After three incorrect attempts, your ANZ FastPay® Portal access will be suspended, so you will need to call ANZ on 1800 039 025 to reactivate your account and reset your password.

  • Do I need to change my browser settings to make the ANZ FastPay® Portal work?

    We aim to give you the best experience when you use the ANZ FastPay® Portal. The following list outlines the compatible browsers that will provide you with the best online experience:

    • Internet Explorer 8, 7 or 6
    • Firefox 3.0 or 3.5
    • Safari 3.0 or 4.0
    The most common browser issues for not gaining access to the ANZ FastPay® Portal are:
    • SSL Certificate issues
    • Pop-up blockers
    • JavaScript being disabled
    • Cookies and temporary files that need to be deleted.

  • Is my pop-up blocker affecting the ANZ FastPay® Portal?

    The ANZ FastPay® Portal utilises pop-up windows for some of it’s functions, for example reviewing receipts. For this reason, we recommend that you allow all pop-ups toappear.

  • Will the ANZ FastPay® Portal work on a Mac?

    Yes, the ANZ FastPay® Portal will run on a Mac, so long as the software requirements are met. The software requirements include:
    • Processor 3G or above
    • Operating System Mac OS x (10.4)
    • RAM 32MB
    • Web browser Safari™ 3.x
  • How do I know that logging in to the ANZ FastPay® Portal is secure?

    ANZ encrypts your personal data using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Encryption (turning words and numbers into a coded language) prevents unauthorised users from being able to change or read your data.
    You can identify whether the ANZ FastPay® Portal session is secure or encrypted by ensuring you see https:// in the address bar, and/or when you see a padlock in the bottom right corner of the browser window. You can double click on the padlock to view the digital certificate, i.e. the electronic signature to view details.

  • Can I use the ANZ FastPay® Portal on my mobile phone or tablet?

    Yes, you can access the ANZ FastPay® Portal on your mobile phone or tablet, so long as they are either Apple or Android.
    However, please be aware that the ANZ FastPay® Portal is not optimised for mobile phone and tablet screens, so they may be difficult to read.'
